Volunteer orientation meeting: Thursday, December 27 from 5 to 6 pm.
Pizza and Beverages provided at the meeting.

There will be a thank you party for volunteers January 15th. from 5 to 7 pm

The Chatham First Night 2012 Committee relies on the participation of volunteers. They make the celebration possible. If you would like to work as a site volunteer this season, please contact the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible so you get your preferred assignment. We are encouraging all of our volunteers to sign up for more than one shift, either at the same site or at a different venue. Think of it as opportunity to enjoy a second event without standing in line! Most venues are inside a nice warm building.

Volunteers are invited to attend an orientation meeting at the United Methodist Church, Main Street at Cross Street, on Tuesday,  December 27 from 5 to 6 pm. As always, our volunteers will be treated to pizza and beverages at this meeting. Police and Fire Department representatives will brief you on Public Safety. We will pass out and review event schedules and volunteer instructions for New Year’s Eve.

We treat our patrons well, and we treat our volunteers even better. You will be invited to our special Thank You Party on January 15, 2012.
